Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken:
- In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Heat olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C) and golden brown. Set aside and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Make the Sauce:
- In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Cook, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble the Dish:
- Place the sliced grilled chicken on a plate or shallow bowl.
- Pour the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce over the chicken.
- Garnish with chopped chives or parsley and diced cherry tomatoes for added freshness.
- Serve:
- Serve hot, paired with crusty bread, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
